UiAdoc General Assembly 2022 and After- Party

 The fourth UiAdoc General Assembly will take place on 30th March 2022 at the Grimstad campus along with an option to join on Zoom.

Important dates:

1. Call for applicants for board member positions (deadline March 23rd)

We invite all PhDs and Post Docs that would like to be part of the board of UiAdoc to send their applications to register HERE by the 23rd of March 23:59.  

Please note that you are welcome to run for more than one position on the board.

Starting this term of the UiAdoc Board, there will be monetary compensation for serving time on the board. To know more about the compensation plan, please contact any of the UiAdoc board members.

We believe that gender diversity enriches the workplace and makes us better. Female employees are strongly encouraged to be a part of the board.

2. Attend the GA

Time: 15:30-17:30

Physical session details

Room: C2040 – Grimstad Campus

Shuttle service will be arranged from Kristiansand campus for attendees.

Date: March 30, 2022

• There is an after-event party with a Taco Buffet and drinks planned for all physical attendees after the GA.

This makes registration to the event very important for physical attendance.

Please register for the GA and the after-party HERE. The last date to register for the GA and after-party is March 23rd, 2022.

3. GA After Party 

The After-Party is a great opportunity to socialize with colleagues. 

There will be food (Taco Buffet) and drinks for all.
