UiAdoc has started a series of Games Nights for its members.
The first Game Night is planned for the 1st of July 2021.

This is an Online Event, which means you can play Chess online and compete with your colleagues :)
There are prizes to be won as well so bring out your best.

If you haven't used Lichess or Discord before, please don't be scared. It's a very simple platform and we can learn on the fly.
Emilio Ruiz Moreno (https://www.uia.no/en/kk/profil/emiliorm) and Juan Diego (https://www.uia.no/en/kk/profil/juandc) are the event coordinators, so please contact them if you have any questions.
Lichess also allows you to practice Chess and learn a few tips and tricks before the competition, so go and explore if you have never tried it before.
The event might be streamed online by the UiAdoc board with a zoom meeting and non-participating members can be spectators and cheer the players :)
If you have never tried Chess before this summer might be the right time to develop a new skill and learn a new game.
