The schedule of PhDs and Postdocs is a crazy one, we know... This is why we are offering the option of delegating your vote (vote by proxy) to another PhD or Postdoc at UiA that will be present at the general assembly of UiAdoc on 16th of May.
How to do that?
A person can only have one vote by proxy, therefore the first step is to find a colleague that is going to the general assembly that didn't yet take a vote proxy from someone else.
Once you identify the person, you simply need to fill in the form at the link below:
Please make sure to read the documents that will be voted (statutes and list of candidates- to be published 10th of May) and delegate your vote in an informed way.
